Hannah Elliott's Clinic inside Holistic Health Collective

This session is designed for new clients. We will begin with approximately 30 minutes for collaborative conversation to explore your medical history, needs and intentions as well as addressing questions for different services.  Approximately 60 minutes will remain for the assessing bodywork session. Depending on your focus this may include massage, Craniosacral therapy or Lymphatic therapy.

Craniosacral work is done on a fully clothed client. It is a light touch approach, monitoring the fluid around your central nervous system and spine, to find weakness through the body to the source of dysfunction. It is a deeply relaxing session, while unwinding restrictions within your body.  Restrictions can be from physical or emotional trauma being stored in the body.
